If the debris is allowed to rest on the lenses for long periods, polishing may be necessary to restore clarity and brightness.
Things you will need:
- Lens cleaner hose auto or soap dish
- Plastic polish
- Microfiber cloth
1, Add 2 to 3 tablespoons. Of auto lens cleaner or dishwashing soap in a bucket. Fill the bucket with warm water.
2, Dip a sponge in the bucket and apply soapy water to the auto lens. If the lens is very dirty, let the dirt soften for a few minutes.
3, Scrub the lens with a sponge to remove surface debris.
4, Rinse the headlight optics thoroughly with a garden hose.
5, Dry the low beam h7 led lens with an absorbent towel.
Polish headlight lenses
6, Moisten a microfiber cloth with a small amount of water. Apply plastic polish to the damp cloth according to the package instructions.
7, Rub the headlight optics in small circular movements with the cloth. A work section at a time, until the objective, is covered.
8, Rinse the headlight optics with a garden hose.
9, Dry the headlight optics with a towel.
The headlight assembly is designed to direct light, it usually housing with the reflectors or projectors. When the light produced by the light bulb did not in the correct direction, the headlight assembly would not focus the light correctly. So it is important to test the light beam pattern after you installing the led bulbs.
